## The Quarry — Publisher Discovery
- Six search footprints: guest posts, resource pages, contextual link insertions, broken links, unlinked mentions and Digital PR roundups.
- Competitor backlink intersection finds candidate domains shared by competitors.
- Ahrefs, Semrush and generic CSV imports normalize prospect metrics and deduplicate domains.
- Page inspection records fetched HTML, contact evidence and outbound-link signals for operator review. A score does not establish publisher quality or editorial acceptance.

## The Forge — Outreach Review
- Initial variants 1, 2 and 3 are alternative first messages. A human reviews the exact recipient, sender, subject and body before the chosen message is approved.
- The draft wording score and auto-polish are deterministic heuristics. They do not predict or guarantee inbox delivery.
- Verified sending identities remain subject to mailbox health, access checks, UTC daily limits and reservations.
- A confirmed initial dispatch establishes sequence stage 1. Operators may queue, edit, remove and approve manual stages 2 and 3 while preserving the original conversation sender and thread.
- Replies, suppression, bounces, closed prospects and saved live placements stop the manual sequence. A provider request already in progress may finish; uncertain attempts require review.
- Automatically scheduled follow-ups to eligible reply dispositions are separate from the manually reviewed sequence.

## The Loom — Quote Review and Resource Pitches
- Quote detection preserves amount and currency. EUR, GBP and other non-USD or ambiguous amounts are not relabelled as USD or automatically converted.
- Unclear, unsupported, mixed or multiple quotes require review before USD analysis. A saved USD amount must be deliberately reviewed to establish its currency.
- Confirmed USD amounts can be compared with a fixed rule-based estimate using DR bands and traffic multipliers. Missing metrics use disclosed defaults. The range is not based on an empirical transaction dataset and is not a measured fair-market rate or guarantee of publisher value.
- Counter-offers are draft negotiation suggestions. Operators review publisher fit, terms and appropriate sponsored/nofollow qualification.
- The six deal stages are awaiting_triage, rate_negotiation, content_delivery, awaiting_publication, live_won and closed_lost.
- Reply Copilot and contribution briefs use saved campaign and publisher context.
- Digital PR kits suggest modest resource angles. Campaign-provided source descriptions remain unverified input. The generator does not establish research findings, methodologies, expertise or a quote attributable to a real spokesperson.

## The Anvil — Placement and Ranking Observations
- Static HTML checks require an anchor to the exact saved target page. Same-domain links to other targets, comments, scripts and template examples are not placement evidence.
- HTTP status, X-Robots-Tag, meta robots, canonical differences and rel attributes are observed signals. A clear check does not verify search-engine indexing, full link equity or ranking impact.
- Unqualified links and nofollow/ugc/sponsored links remain distinguishable. Reclamation drafts request review of URL, wording or publisher policy while preserving appropriate qualification.
- Anchor distribution and source-page scores assist review; they do not prove a safe ratio or empirical research quality.
- Saved keyword positions support dated comparisons and striking-distance filtering. Suggested link cadence is not the number of links required to achieve a ranking, and correlation does not establish outreach attribution.
- Activity and outcome reports export current saved funnel, publisher, placement and ranking observations. They do not calculate financial ROI or infer historical provider spend, publisher fees, labor cost or attributable revenue.

Every public interactive example uses synthetic domains, contacts, messages, metrics and outcomes. It is not connected to a live workspace and is not evidence of customer performance.
